"Bring Jade Home is the perfect book for animal lovers, particularly dog lovers, but it has a wider appeal—it is uplifting, it shows what lengths we as humans will go to help each other when moved to do so. An inspiring story for just about everyone."

Jade Lost in Yellowstone. This children’s book is simply OUTSTANDING! I read the adult version of this book TWICE because I just couldn’t get enough of Jade. This book is delightfully written not only for children but adults as well. And the illustrations! OMG what a talented illustrator Steph Lehmann is! Love the artwork. This book is one of those books you will read and re-read to your children and then hand down to grandchildren. It is a masterpiece and a collector’s item. I guarantee it will be one of your children’s favorites. My next hope is that this story is made into a full length featured film someday. It would go down in history along side the Disney films. I am affirming this will happen. Jade is truly a hero and her story needs to be told in so many ways. Thank you Michelle Caffey, Laura, David and all the Yellowstone volunteers who wouldn’t give up. This is also a story about you. Kudos to all. One of my favorite stories of all time!

Desire in Dairyland “A charming, funny, romantic mystery with a fine, twisty plot and a delightfully kooky cast of older patients and friends.”

Just Imagine. I loved this adventure--a true story that felt like a delightful novel or movie. I couldn't imagine living for several years on a boat with guests coming and going. This was entertaining and insightful. Michelle had to learn how to take a big cruising B&B boat through locks on the rivers, too. The harrowing experiences created a story that had me holding my breath many times, and sometimes laughing in a good way along with Michelle with how things turned out. Plus, I learned a lot about the countryside in France and the people and customs for ordinary people in the villages sprinkled along the rivers. Michelle's adventures inspired me to take a European river cruise soon after. I highly recommend this book.
